About me
- I majored in economics in my undergraduate study at the University of Tokyo. After graduation, I joined the Bank of Japan (Japanese central bank) hoping to grasp what’s actually going on in the economy of my home country. There I have been engaged in economic assessment, and I am especially grateful to the opportunities I got in my job to meet and learn from a lot of people – including inspiring executives – of Japanese companies. Partly because I was so intrigued by the way these companies operate, I am now doing an MBA at the University of Oxford. I am a British Chevening Scholar this year, and will return to the Bank of Japan upon completing my studies.
